method_comparisons / _main — loose comparison files¶
Cross-method comparison files that don't belong to one of the curated sets. Today: the count-simplicity contrast — the same election where STAR and RCV-IRV pick the same winner but by very different counts (STAR adds score totals; IRV eliminates).
