Range / Score Voting — concept pages

Everything explaining Range (Score) voting — grade each candidate on a fixed scale (say 0–5); the candidate with the highest total score wins. No runoff, no elimination — just add up the grades. Range is the most expressive single-mark method: Approval with more than one bit, and STAR without the runoff.

(Range is the top rung of the scored family Approval → Range → STAR — see the fidelity ladder. The runoff STAR adds on top of a Range ballot is what makes honest scoring safer: STAR Voting. Up: the docs hub 00_START_HERE.)
