12_Learning_to_Learn — moved to its own library

Level: 101 · for anyone using this library, or any other, to learn mathematics

This chapter grew from four lessons to ten and then needed pages no program could back, on sleep, exercise and the brain, so it became a library of its own: the Learning to Learn library ↗. Everything that was here is there, with the same folder names, sorted into five chapters:

There What it holds
Knowing What You Know ↗ metacognition ↗, count the vowels ↗, studying vs learning ↗
Making It Stay ↗ spaced retrieval ↗, interleaving ↗, cognitive load ↗, focused and diffuse thinking ↗
Believing You Can ↗ learned helplessness ↗, day or night ↗
Planning the Work ↗ the buffer hour ↗, goals and schedules, learning with AI
Body and Brain ↗ how memory works, sleep, exercise, food and supplements, brain chemistry, mindset and motivation, every claim graded by its evidence

The lessons still use this library's mathematics, the Pythagorean theorem, area and volume formulas, a share above a cutoff and if A then B, and link back here for them.
